Once you have viewed one of our rental properties, you are now eligible to submit your application for tenancy. You will need to complete and return to our office the following forms:

• Rental Application
• TICA Privacy Disclosure Form

Both of these forms can be found on our website, under the "Renting" Menu Button.

Rental Application form

When applying for a rental property, please bear in mind that your application may not be the only one received for a property. It is important to provide as much information as possible on your application form, the more we know about your character & rental history the quicker it is to process your application and therefore come to a decision. Please note that a Rental Application must be completed for each adult who intends to reside at the premises, regardless of whose name will appear on the lease.

TICA Privacy Disclosure Form

TICA Default Tenancy Control Pty Ltd is a tenancy database that records tenants personal information from its members including tenancy application inquiries and tenancy history. The TICA Default Tenancy database is used for tenants who breach the conditions of their lease. This form provides information about how our office will handle your personal information, as required by the National Principles in the Privacy Act 1988, and seeks your consent to disclose to TICA Default Tenancy Control Pty Ltd (TICA) in specified circumstances. Which means that by signing this form you are authorising our office to check the TICA database to see if you have been registered and to be able to follow up on any information which has been listed. It is also authorising our office to register you on this database if you undertake a lease with our office and are found to be in breach of your lease. If you do not consent to the disclosure of your personal information to TICA we can not process your application.

Once our office has received your completed Rental Application and signed TICA Privacy Disclosure, we will contact the Landlord to seek their approval. This process can take up to 5 working days depending on availability of the Landlord and the number of applicants for that property. Upon notification from the Landlord our office will contact you to advise if your application was successful.
