Our office prides itself of offering its landlords value for money.
We will arrange:
- Advertising of properties for lease
- Showing of property to prospective tenants
- Screening of tenancy applications (including verification of referees and checking details on TICA Default Tenancy Control database)
- Preparation and execution of tenancy agreement
- Preparation of condition reports, lodgement of bond, & other tenancy related documents
- Collection of rent and management of rental arrears
- Arranging and monitoring of repairs by a suitably qualified tradesperson
- Payment of outgoing expenses
- Preparation of monthly landlord statement and automatic transfer of funds to nominated bank account (on the 7th of each month)
- Periodical inspections of the property
- Accepting vacating notices, attending vacating inspections and all related duties
- Tribunal attendance when necessary
- Attend to all general tenancy compaints and concerns
- Ensure compliance with Tenancy Legislation and Landlord Fiduciary Requirements.
