Warning advice # 1
Always communicate through your Property Manager. It is not recommended to become involved with the tenant personally, keep it professional. Information can get lost, matters confused and conflict can arise. Remember this is why you employ our office, let us negotiate and handle your investment property with confidence.

Is your investment adequately covered by insurance?
You should consider a special landlord insurance. There are plenty of reputable companies who offer insurance and we would encourage you to discuss your needs with your Insurance Advisor. The main benefits of insuring your property, is knowing that your building is covered in an unfortunate event and that you have liability cover if the circumstance arises. It is best to act before the event!
