Whether you are a first time investor or an experienced landlord, our office can help you efficiently manage your property.

  • A free rental appraisal on your property: Take advantage of our market knowledge and experience to help in the decision making of what your property would be worth on the current rental market. We offer a realistic estimate of the best possible value we can achieve for you. We can also help in value adding to your property: Suggestions to help improve the rental value of your property.

Once you have appointed Broken Hill First National Real Estate as your Property Manager we will undertake the following:

  • Advertising of Properties for lease including internet listing
  • Showing of properties to prospective tenants
  • Screening of tenancy application (including verification of referees and TICA database: Default tenancy database only available for registered agents Australia wide)
  • Preparation of condition reports, tenancy agreements, lodgement of bond & other tenancy related documents
  • Collection of rent & management of rental arrears
  • Arranging and monitoring of repairs by a suitably qualified tradesperson
  • Payment of repair accounts
  • Preparation of monthly landlord statement and automatic transfer of funds into your nominated bank account (on the 7th of every month)
  • Periodical inspections of the property
  • Accepting vacating notices, attending vacating inspections and all related duties
  • Application and attendance for Tribunal hearings when necessary
  • Attend to all general tenancy complaints and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and landlord fiduciary requirements
